Ray has 35 years post-admission experience working with two Fortune 500 multi-nationals as senior in-house counsel and after retirement will be available on consultancy (full or part-time) from 1/3/2010. He will operate under the name and style of UNILAW CONSULTANTS.

Ray’s experience lies in M&A, Competition Law, IP Law, Insurance, Anti-counterfeiting, Corporate Governance/forensic systems, labour law, company secretarial (statutory) as well as being a draftsman of commercial agreements of every shape and sort.
